Premium Luxury Resort in Vagamon looking for Food and Beverage Manager for immediate appointment.  A Food and Beverage Manager is directly responsible for oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service, Plan, develop, and implement menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary needs, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing excellent customer service. Manage inventory, order supplies, and build relationships with vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement. Monitor and manage F&B costs, implement strategies to maximize profitability, and control expenses, Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, and maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations, Interact with guests, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience, Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and manage profitability targets, Assist with marketing events and promotions to attract and retain customers, Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively managing a team and building relationships, In-depth knowledge of food preparation, beverage service, and industry trends is essential for success.
