HIRING AYURVEDA DOCTOR

We are hiring  Ayurveda Doctor  for the Leading Luxury Resort in Kerala. The Ayurveda Doctor is responsible for providing authentic Ayurvedic consultations, diagnosing guests’ health concerns based on Ayurvedic principles, prescribing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of wellness services. The role involves working closely with the spa and therapy team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining traditional Ayurvedic practices and hospitality standards. We are hiring  Ayurveda Doctor  for the Leading Luxury Resort in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations and health assessments for guests.
• Diagnose health conditions using Ayurvedic principles, including Prakriti (body constitution) and Vikriti (imbalance) analysis.
• Prescribe personalized Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor guest progress and modify treatment plans as required.
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of all Ayurvedic treatments.

Wellness & Guest Experience

• Provide guests with holistic wellness guidance and preventive healthcare advice.
• Educate guests on Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, nutrition, yoga, and stress management.
• Maintain excellent guest relations by delivering personalized care and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest queries and wellness concerns professionally and empathetically.

Team Coordination

• Guide and supervise Ayurvedic therapists in administering prescribed therapies.
• Train spa therapists on treatment protocols, hygiene, and guest care standards.
• Coordinate with Spa, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless wellness experiences.
• Participate in wellness programs, health camps, and promotional activities organized by the resort.

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate consultation records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Ayurveda regulations, healthcare guidelines, and resort policies.
• Monitor inventory requirements for Ayurvedic medicines, oils, herbs, and wellness products.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the wellness center.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest medical records and personal information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• MD (Ayurveda) is preferred.
• Valid registration with the appropriate State Ayurveda Medical Council.
• Certification in Panchakarma therapies is an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience as an Ayurveda Doctor.
• Prior experience in luxury hotels, wellness resorts, Ayurvedic hospitals, or spa resorts is preferred.
• Experience in guest consultation, Panchakarma treatments, and wellness programs.
