HIRING F&B MANAGER

Hiring F&B Manager for leading Hospitality group. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain hospitality standards.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B team members.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
  • Maintain service quality and enhance overall dining experience.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
  • Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and profitability.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement revenue improvement strategies.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Manage stock control and purchasing processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reduce wastage and control operational expenses.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational SOPs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections.

Menu Planning & Business Development

  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning and promotions.
  • Introduce strategies to improve sales and guest engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels, resorts, restaurants, or hospitality establishments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hospitality service standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
