HR Executive
The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, and maintaining the high-energy service culture required in the hospitality industry. This role bridges the gap between management and hotel associates, driving staff engagement, compliance, and end-to-end recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding

HR Executive will source, screen, and interview candidates for various hotel departments (Front Office, F&B Service, Culinary, Housekeeping, and Engineering).

Coordinate with departmental heads to understand immediate and seasonal staffing requirements.

Conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding programs to immerse new hires into the brand’s luxury service standards.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement

HR Executive will act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring quick and empathetic resolution.

Organize employee engagement activities, town halls, reward & recognition (R&R) programs, and festival celebrations to maintain high morale.

Conduct regular floor walks to stay connected with associate needs across different shifts.
3. Performance Management & Training

HR Executive will assist the HR Manager in executing the annual performance appraisal cycle.

Coordinate with the Training Manager to schedule mandatory hospitality skills, grooming, and soft-skills training programs.
4. HR Operations & Payroll Support

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date physical and digital employee files (in the HRMS/ATS portal).

Track daily attendance, biometric logs, shift rosters, and leave balances to assist the finance team with monthly payroll processing.

Manage the complete employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating full & final (F&F) settlements.
5. Compliance & Statutory Documentation

Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, catering to hotel-specific regulations (e.g., Shop & Establishment Act, contract labor regulations, and health certificates for food handlers).
What We Are Looking For

Education: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, or a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with a strong inclination toward HR.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of core HR experience. Prior experience working within a 3/5-star hotel or luxury resort network is highly preferred.

Skills: * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse staff levels (from utility staff to corporate executives).

High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly (typical of a 24/7 hospitality environment).

Proficiency in HRMS software, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
