2. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • HR Executive will act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring quick and empathetic resolution.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, town halls, reward & recognition (R&R) programs, and festival celebrations to maintain high morale.

  • Conduct regular floor walks to stay connected with associate needs across different shifts.

3. Performance Management & Training

    • HR Executive will assist the HR Manager in executing the annual performance appraisal cycle.

  • Coordinate with the Training Manager to schedule mandatory hospitality skills, grooming, and soft-skills training programs.

4. HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date physical and digital employee files (in the HRMS/ATS portal).

  • Track daily attendance, biometric logs, shift rosters, and leave balances to assist the finance team with monthly payroll processing.

  • Manage the complete employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating full & final (F&F) settlements.

5. Compliance & Statutory Documentation

  • Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, catering to hotel-specific regulations (e.g., Shop & Establishment Act, contract labor regulations, and health certificates for food handlers).

What We Are Looking For
