HIRING HR MANAGER
Hiring HR Manger for Hospitality industry. We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions within our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, and creating a positive employee experience while supporting business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and hospitality positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard employees.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
Employee Relations
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular employee feedback and satisfaction activities.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support department managers in goal setting and employee development.
- Drive employee recognition and retention programs.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Organize induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure continuous development of staff to maintain service standards.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hospitality regulations.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation strategies.
Policy Implementation
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and employee engagement programs.
